    Wow they charge a dollar for taping up your box. This is the first time in my whole life that UPS charges for taping. This place gives a bad name for ups.

    Poor customer service. Paid to ship a package and was called later and told they couldn't ship my package by ground and had to use air which is not UPS policy. Had to return to the store to get my package and a refund which they could not figure out how to do. No one apologized for not knowing their own policies or wasting my time. Shipped it at the official UPS site by ground with no problems. Avoid
